With over a decade of art & design experience, Zianna Milito is a seasoned motion designer. She is a proud Latina LA native with 10 years in NYC under her belt. Formally trained at NYU under an interdisciplinary study of Visual Arts, Journalism, Creative Writing, and Sociology, Zianna has a deep understanding of human expression and the importance of sharing stories in an enticing way. Since graduating in only 3 years, her path unwinded through the realms of fine art, graphic design, and television & film.
Zianna's professional development paired with her creative drive led her to rise from Graphics Coordinator to Graphics Producer in just 3 seasons on Showtime's Desus & Mero. Once the show ended in S4, Zianna decided to jump head first into her freelance career and was invigorated by the diversity of work from documentaries, to short indie films, to blockbuster marketing rollouts. She used this momentum to launch Masa Studios, a motion design studio based in Los Angeles. This allowed her passion for documentary graphics to flourish, as she was Lead Motion Designer for documentary film Common Ground (winner of 2023 Tribeca Human/Nature Award). She is committed to working on more documentaries under the Masa Studios approach to motion design as a celebration of the cross section of culture and information.
