Rachel Webster is a multidisciplinary story editor known for her contributions to eclectic genre-busting film and video projects. Her feature film work (3 doc/3 narrative) has premiered at SXSW, Cinequest, Seattle IFF, Lincoln Center, has played in over 20 different countries, Netflix and The Sundance Channel, and is preserved in the MoMA permanent film archive.
She leads a Brooklyn-based editorial studio where she has spearheaded projects for arts organizations such as MoMA, the Hirshorn Museum and brands such as Google, Samsung, Airbnb, Enterprise and Coach. With a background in broadcast journalism (Emmy & Murrow Award-winning NOW on PBS), Rachel has directed dozens of documentary shorts.
She is currently writing and producing an original documentary podcast about the economy.
