Paul is a Little Rock–based filmmaker and founder of aPauling Productions, where he helps companies turn both their everyday business stories and their community and philanthropy work into videos that people actually feel and remember. His creative roots are in music, and years of writing, performing, and listening closely to songs shape the way he approaches pacing, rhythm, and emotion in his edits. He started in video almost by accident, turning a personal hobby into a full‑time career in a matter of weeks, and has since worked on everything from brand and fundraising films to testimonials, event recaps, and social content. He focuses on capturing real people, real work, and real impact on camera, giving organizations a way to show how they operate behind the scenes—not just what they sell. Above all, he builds his work around creating more freedom and time with his young family, which guides the projects he takes on and the stories he chooses to tell.
