Micah Baskir is a filmmaker, writer, and producer known for his work on numerous prestige documentaries and series. After receiving degrees from Princeton and CalArts, Baskir joined esteemed documentarians Matt Tyrnauer and Corey Reeser at Altimeter Films. During his nearly ten years at Altimeter, Baskir co-produced a number of successful theatrical and streaming documentaries, including the hit Sundance film "Where’s My Roy Cohn?" and Showtime’s four-part series "The Reagans." He's also a professional copywriter and copyeditor and his produced numerous large scale art installations. In his free time, Baskir is also a multi-award winning gourmet grilled cheese chef.
