Katrina Pham

Katrina Pham is an award-winning multimedia storyteller bridging the gap between digital audiences and critical news and resources through social media video. As an audience engagement reporter at Borderless Magazine, she led the newsroom's vertical video strategy and tripled their Instagram following in two and a half years, reaching hundreds of thousands of people with timely, informative and creative videos. Her vertical video work has covered criminal justice, immigration and local news, and she's worked at Borderless, The Marshall Project, In These Times and ABC7 Chicago. Katrina graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and is involved with the Video Consortium and the Asian American Journalists Association. She's also an alum of the Chips Quinn Diversity in Journalism fellowship program and the NPR Next Generation Radio program.
