Kaitlin Balasaygun is an early career multimedia journalist working as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Journalism at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism teaching a video reporting class and documentary filmmaking class with Dean of Academic Affairs Duy Linh Tu. She's also working as a Documentary and Original Series Production Assistant for WWE. Kaitlin received an Emmy through her previous work as a Production Assistant for NBC Sports during the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics. She's also published freelance stories in The New York Times, CNBC and Gannett USA Today.
