About
Erin McIntyre is an Emmy- and Webby-winning producer and documentary filmmaker based in New York. For more than a decade, she has created research-driven, ethical nonfiction for public audiences across film, digital series, and audio, with a focus on media literacy, accessibility, and audience-first storytelling.
From 2016 to 2024, Erin founded and led Digital Studios at The WNET Group (PBS THIRTEEN), building a digital-first production hub that delivered award-winning multiplatform work across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and PBS.org. As Executive Producer, she oversaw development through post, managed cross-functional teams, and partnered with journalists, cultural institutions, educators, and creators to elevate underrepresented narratives.
Erin’s producing credits include Take on Fake (Webby Winner), Caretakers (GLAAD Award Nominee), Climate Artists (multiple New York Emmy wins), Hay Dinero (Webby Honoree), The Ants & the Grasshopper: The Series (Webby Nominee & Anthem Award Winner), and the documentary podcast After Broad & Market (Anthem Award Winner). She has also produced and directed projects for institutions including the Guggenheim, the United Nations, Bloomberg, and the New York Public Library.
