Daniel Smight is an NYC-based editor who studied Film and TV Production at UCLA. He's worked in a wide variety of post-production roles on both fast-paced commercial projects, branded content docs, narrative shorts and nonfiction features.
He knows the nitty-gritty of codecs, frame rates, and deliverable specs like the back of his hand. He has been cutting with Adobe Premiere Pro - and using the entire Creative Cloud suite - for over ten years now but has no problem jumping in and out of different systems and softwares to suit the needs of any given project.
He just finished a five month stint as an AE on the upcoming Vice Studios and HBO Max documentary #BAMARUSH, directed by Rachel Fleit.
